Background

Caitlin Harper grew up in Moon Township, Pennsylvania. She graduated summa cum laude from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa honorary society. She went on to work in the admissions department of a national skilled nursing facility, where her interest and experience in the area of Elder Law began. She earned a Juris Doctor degree from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia. During law school, Caitlin was a member of The Temple Political and Civil Rights Law Review. Ms. Eberle clerked for the Honorable Amanda Cooperman of the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas.

Caitlin Eberle is an associate attorney with Springer, Bush & Perry and is a member of the firm’s Elder Law Practice Group. Caitlin has helped many clients in their Medicaid planning from which she has acquired extensive experience in negotiating with the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare. She is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association (Elder Law Section), the American Bar Association and the Adult Day Care Services Committee through Valley Care Association located in Sewickley, PA.

Caitlin resides on the South Side of Pittsburgh.
