Background

Ed grew up in Central Pennsylvania and moved to the Pittsburgh area during his late childhood. He is a 1968 graduate of Duquesne University and its law school in 1972.

Professional

Ed started private practice with Alter, Wright & Barron before forming his own firm in 1975. Ed’s practice focused on real estate, title insurance and representation of financial institutions, such as Colony Savings Bank, Allegheny International Credit Corporation, Bank America Business Credit Corporation, and Beneficial Business Credit Corporation. Ed left private practice and served as Vice President and Counsel for Stewart Title Guaranty Company. Subsequently, from 2001 to 2005, before joining Springer Bush & Perry, Ed served as President and General Counsel of Service Link, one of the nation’s largest vendor management companies. Ed is a Board Member and past President of Title Appraisal Vendor Management Association and a board member of Real Estate Service Providers Organization. Ed is a member of the Allegheny County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. He is also a licensed title insurance agent in 19 states.

Personal

Ed, his wife Pam and one son reside in Moon Township.
