Background

Edward R. Lawrence, Jr. grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and attended Lafayette College where he majored in History. He received his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1967, where he was an associate editor of the Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif.

Professional

Ed serves as Secretary and shareholder of the firm. His practice is concentrated in the areas of real estate and commercial business transactions, employment law and estate planning and administration. Ed has represented public school districts and other public sector clients for over 30 years. He is a frequent lecturer on school and employment law topics. Mr. Lawrence is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and is a Past Chairman of the Municipal and School Solicitor's Section of the Allegheny County Bar Association.

Personal

Ed and his wife Suzanne reside in Whitehall Borough. Ed was a long time Board Member and past Chairman of United Cerebral Palsy of Pittsburgh and currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Baldwin Community United Methodist Church.
