Springer Bush & Perry’s real estate group represents clients in both residential and commercial transactions , including acquisition and development, leasing and real estate finance. Each expertise is discussed below:
Residential Real Estate – Purchasing a home is likely one of the most significant business transactions that a person makes. Springer Bush & Perry represents both sellers and buyers in the purchase of residential property. We strongly urge you to consult a lawyer prior to signing a purchase agreement. Once a purchase agreement is signed, negotiations, for the most part, are over. Springer Bush & Perry also represents individuals by advising them and negotiating on their behalf appropriate and favorable borrowing arrangements.
-
Commercial Real Estate – Springer Bush & Perry also represents clients in commercial transactions. These transactions include real estate acquisitions, development, disposition and leasing for commercial, office, industrial buildings, retail projects, raw land, and mixed use projects. The issues for which we assist our clients include construction, financing, and zoning. We draft and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, site development agreements, as well as conduct closings on behalf of both sellers and purchasers.
We also represent landlords and tenants in all aspects of lease negotiations. Our representation includes property managers that are developing and leasing shopping centers and other retail locations.
Springer Bush & Perry also represents investors and borrowers in all types of financial transactions, including loans for acquisitions, development, construction and bridge financing. We assist our clients through a myriad of options to finance a prospective development, from traditional and nontraditional sources, and offer creative solutions when appropriate.
